faith on tap

Faith on Tap is our monthly casual theology discussion, where we connect with each other through conversation over snacks and craft beers in a local home or backyard. Glassware and local craft beers are provided in many different styles (hoppy, light, sour, dark). If you have a beer to share, feel to free to bring it along. Cheers!

Fourth Thursday of the month, 6:30-8:00 PM. Email brent@nhunited.org for the address!

queers & beers

Queers and Beers is a group designed specifically to hold space for queer people in our faith community to talk about queer topics and make connections. We want to craft a space where people can be fully queer and fully Christian – a space to be in community with people who understand the struggle a lot of queer Christians face. If you are a member of the queer community, we would love for you to join us! We are currently meeting online only via Zoom, but hope to move to a hybrid format soon.

Every Wednesday, 7:30-8:30pm. Email maya@nhunited.org to get connected!

young adult third thursdays

Join us for our monthly young adult dinner at the home of our Minister for Young Adults, Melissa Tucker! We start gathering at 6:30pm and eat around 7pm – but come whenever you can make it! Each month there is a slight theme or activity to bring us together, but really, we are just about good people enjoying good food. We define “young adult” as anybody age 18+, so if you consider yourself a young adult… consider yourself invited!

Third Thursday of the month, 6:30-8:30pm. Contact melissa@nhunited.org for more info!

Land Acknowledgement

We, at NHUnited Church, recognize that the land our building occupies is unceded Kumeyaay land. The Kumeyaay, also known as DiegueƱo in Spanish, have lived on the land for over 10,000 years, in the mountains, valleys, and coastal regions. We commit ourselves to caring for this land and its inhabitants in honor of the Kumeyaay people, and always in a spirit of stewardship, openness, and care of land and neighbor.
