“Well, my time in France was every bit as amazing as I hoped it would be. I spent many weeks working at an incredible snail farm, “La Ferme Aux Escargot” and learned so much from Romaine, the owner. He and his family were so incredibly generous to me and Heather, and we are now friends for life.

While in France I also was filmed for a French TV show about snail farms, and so now I am waiting for my big debut.

Now on our way to Ireland for the next part of the trip!
