Sunday Morning Yoga Classes
Two Sundays, January 12th & January 19th in the Social Hall.
This January we are inviting you to participate in a special Sunday Morning Yoga Class led by Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor, Ginny Zaranibaf. Whether you are in a season of grief, new beginnings, anxiety, or are just wanting to begin the year by re-engaging with your body, this class is for you.
Things to Know:
- We will have Yoga mats available, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
- Be sure to wear comfortable clothing that you can move in, but you do not need to wear workout gear as it will not be overly strenuous. Rather, this is a restorative and gentle practice.
