Hi everyone!
Well, I am about one month into my renewal leave/snail adventure and having an amazing time. We started the trip in Crete with a little time of rest, and then we made our way to the first snail farm that I was visiting, Snail Farm & Fun on the north coast of Crete.
Here’s a picture of me and Stavros, the owner, and you can tell I am very content for an afternoon of eating snails and forged produce. I learned a lot about the snail life cycle and eating habits… including the fact that they absolutely hate spinach (which we have in common.)
We are now on our way to France where I will be working for an extended time at another snail farm and learning even more.
